My reply to a Reddit post:

Dear friend, the problem with trans is the same as any other: changing what God Set is necessarily going against Him.

If you were born a girl who is a “tomboy,” then He meant for you to be a “non-girly girl.”

You are fearfully and wonderfully made. In His Image and likeness.

If you try to change something that He Didn’t Decree for you to change, you’re going against Him.

And it’s called witchcraft. (That’s the same as fasting and praying for a certain spouse or job. Trying to force God’s Hand.) 

Going against What He Made, How He Chose to Make it, is also the sin of pride, aka “I know better than God.” 

I know that LOTS of alleged Christians be mean about it, and I’m so sorry for that.

But it’s kinda like those who claim Christ and kill abortion doctors, aka “God Said no murder, abortion is murder, aka that dr gotta GO, yo!!” 

God never said to enforce His Word by breaking His Word. 

I hope you don’t feel as though I speak in hatred or meanness ♥️✝️🙏 

I have struggled with all sorts of things I felt I needed but knew were against God for literally decades. But I’ve also loved Jesus since I was four.

Now I’m almost 48.

Still battling addiction and other temptations but just say what I said:

“Jesus I need You. Holy Spirit, enter my life and make me new. I want to be what you want me to be. Heal my trauma. Oust any demons In The HOLY Name Of Jesus. Lead me to do Your Perfect will for my life and to love what you love. And hate what you hate. I love you, YAHWEH! Jesus Is LORD!” 

And unclean spirits of anxiety and trauma and depression and death and fear and defilement HAVE to leave you.

And you will be surrounded By Holy Spirit all the days of your life.
