Nicolaitan Naughtiness :(

But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.

Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first.

If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

Rev 2:4-7

To the Church in Ephesus

2 “To the angel[a] of the church in Ephesus write:

These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have testedthose who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitanswhich I also hate.

Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

What this means is that Jesus HATES sexual sins and HATES idolatry (stuff that the Nicolaitans tried to get under the wire), aka “progressive Christianity” is actually vile enough To Jesus that…

I shudder to think Of Jesus Looking at someone with fire In His Eyes—and not the good kind.

This is because if one is not Under His Blood—meaning you ARE an imperfect sinner, but you are also marching towards righteousness; so if you’re NOt doing this, if you’re NOT under His Blood—then he is judged according to his deeds.

For reference, the going rate is:

one bad deed = hell.

Forever. (There is no such thing as purgatory.)

(If you believe that a “loving God would not do that!” Or “I can’t worship a God like that!” Then welcome to idolatry 101, where you refuse to admit His Sovereignty (Aka let God Be God) and instead create a god in your own image.)

This means living with your fiancée for a week before the wedding.

This means “sharing” your spouse. (Nasty.)

This even means defiling the marriage bed (ie spice channel or creating one such channel of your own.

But we’re married, sally! It’s FINE!”

No, baby, it isn’t.

Because bringing illicit naughtiness into your room—and by that I mean the stuff that they sell online (meaning instead of watching a publicly-available thing, you’re creating your own personal stash… not for sharing, but that’s not the only problem there. By filming and watching, you’re turning each other into objects of lust.

That whole “love is love” thing?

Well… I love my border collie. But he ain’t getting into my trousers.

There is love (I would die for you, I am committed to you, see 1 Corinthians 13) and there is lust, aka “Yeeeaaaahhhhhhh!!!” (Ahem.)

If you get my meaning.

You can love your best friend and not sleep with them. Where does it say that we have to think with pants. Are we animals? The Fruit Of The Spirit Is SELF-CONTROL!

Tho technically we be handing over To Holy Spirit the control of our behaviour, our beliefs and opinions. It’s not just me anymore. I take my cues From Him, yo.

Anyway, to those who say Once Saved, Always Saved… what if you found out that Epstein or Hitler had actually given their lives To Jesus before they turned into loser hellions? (To which one should say “but their behaviours proved that they were NOT saved, that they were most likely inhabited by many an unclean spirit. And they were. Tho, just like with Judas Iscariot, the human DOES have to leave an open door AND give into the temptation or consent to the illicit activity.

Do not be fooled— and remember that God is not mocked. (That’s out of context but it’s also true in all cases. ♥️✝️🙏)
